  • Alice Lousen

    REHEARSAL DIRECTOR

    Alice Lousen is a dance artist, choreographer, and environmental enthusiast hailing from Pasadena, CA. In 2022, she received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance and Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Since then, Alice’s choreography has been presented by Dance Mission Theater and featured in both the San Pedro Festival of the Arts and NEDT’s Inner Voices Project. Currently, Alice performs with Nancy Evans Dance Theater, as well as Vasht Performing Arts and MahanaDance Company. Now, she is extremely excited to be joining MLDT:LA as rehearsal director! Finally, Alice is an ABT® Certified Teacher who has completed the ABT® Teacher Training Intensive in Pre-Primary through Level 5 of the ABT® National Training Curriculum.

  • Benji Kaufman

    PROGRAM MANAGER

    Benji Kaufman is a performer, writer, director and producer who has been working in the arts since the age of five. After earning a degree in performance and production management from CSULB, he has worked on and offstage for California Repertory, South Coast Repertory, International City Theatre, Troubadour Theatre Company and Four Clowns. Benji spent seven years as the Program Manager for Pure Praxis, bringing immersive and interactive productions to the US Military at bases all over the world. A Clown School graduate Benji has a passion for creating memorable and innovative art and telling unique stories through physical theatre.

  • Brooke Winkleman

    DANCER

    Brooke Winkelman is a dancer, choreographer, and dance educator based in Los Angeles.  She graduated from University of the Arts where she received a BFA in Dance under Donna Faye Burchfield and a minor in Business. She is currently performing with Geometry Dance Company under the direction of Mackenzie Martin. Under MAckenzie Martin she has debuted work for the Queer Movement Fest and explored various dance video projects.  Previously, she trained at Centre Pointe in Baltimore where she studied a variety of styles and has now returned to serve as a teacher. Performance experience includes live virtual performances choreographed and directed by Sidra Bell, Tommie-Waheed Evans, Katie Swords Thurman, and Sara Procopio and most recently a live in-person performance of  "i used me to make this 4 u" choreographed by Mark Caserta. Additionally, Brooke danced in the Bad Boys of Ballet with the Adrienne Canterna Maryland Concert Series. 

  • Caitlin Parrish

    DANCER

    Caitlin Parrish is a multi-faceted artist and educator who embarked on her performance and choreographic education in Wilmington, North Carolina at age two. She trained in competitive dance from ages three to eighteen at Fox Troupe Dancers and Impulse Dance Project, where she trained in many dance modalities. Parrish also choreographed and taught at several studios in the Wilmington area. Throughout her training, she attended NYCDA Summer Intensive and The Dance Sessions. Parrish is a May 2023 graduate of the University of the Arts in Philadelphia, PA with a BFA in Dance and minor in Photography. During those four years, Parrish performed and collaborated in works with Paul Matteson, Mark Caserta, Tommie-Waheed Evans, Jordan Lloyd, and Curt Haworth. Parrish has been teaching in New York City public schools through the non-profit organization Dancing Classrooms for two years.  Caitlin is a new member of the Mason Lee Dance Theater: LA and is teaching in the surrounding California area.

  • Madi Ostrach

    DANCER

    Madison is a freelance dancer based in Los Angeles and New York City, represented by talent agency GO2. In Los Angeles, she has performed works by choreographers Charissa Kroeger, Erica Klein,  Mike Tyus, Jessie Lee Thorne, Madison Olandt, Monika Felice Smith, and Sara Silken, danced in music videos for BLACKPINK and FINNEAS, and appeared in the latest Bogle Wine campaign. She also collaborates with visual artist Beck and Col and choreographer Brian Golden on site-specific and exhibition-based performances and is a dancer with MashUp Contemporary Dance Company. A New York native, Madison trained at Peridance Center’s Youth Ensemble and Professional Semester and earned her BFA in dance from SUNY Purchase Conservatory of Dance, where she performed works by Roderick George, Peter Chu, and Connie Shiau. She maintains a versatile career spanning commercial, concert, and experimental projects across both Los Angeles and New York City.

  • Rose Lindblom

    DANCER

    Rose Lindblom grew up in Seattle, Washington, training at West Seattle Performing Arts and Westlake Dance Center. She has attended many summer intensives, including Long Beach Ballet, Northwest Dance Project, Backhaus, WHIM W’Him, and the Complexions Contemporary Ballet Pre-Professional program. While working towards earning her BFA at Chapman University, Rose has performed works by Dwight Rhoden, Monika Felice Smith, Laurie Sefton, and Doug Baum. In addition to MLDT:LA, Rose performs for Laurie Sefton Creates, Emergent Dance Company, and Disneyland parades.
